Free shipping
ARCANCE offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase, in metropolitan France, Corsica, French overseas departments and territories, and the European Union.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days
- European Union: 5 to 14 business days
- French Overseas Departments and Territories: 7 to 21 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on supplier availability and carriers.
Order processing
Your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment.
Multiple shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and from different warehouses. Therefore, you may receive your items on different dates — this is completely normal.
